Summertime Knitting - Cotton!
We have lots of new cotton yarns in - perfect for knitting a sleeveless cardigan for warm summer evenings! Check out cotton yarns such as Luna by Cascade yarns, 2nd Time Cotton - an eco-friendly recycled cotton yarn that uses cotton salvaged from apparel industry waste, and a silky cotton from Aslan Trends. Cardigan shown is the Juliet pattern in Luna.

I wonder whether 2nd Time Cotton would come out with a mercerized yarn--or whether mercerization is damaging to the environment....
This is the first recycled cotton yarn on the market - i think we'll see lots of improvements as demand for this type of product grows. It's super-exciting!
