Craft Night Camera Come Back!

Awww...still no camera to document all the amazing-ness at craft night. I can hardly begin to explain the giant embroidered wall art that was worked on, or the felted lemur that was made, or the bloody fight that ensued between a crocheted seal and a felted penguin. Also - vegan green tea cupcakes! Oh craft night camera come back! What you have here, is the lone photo captured by a cell phone's camera of the owl i made from a pattern out of Naughty Needles and using Fancy Tiger hand-dyed/handspun yarn. You'll just have to stop by next Tuesday night to witness the magic in person!

We're Back!

Apologies for the long break in posting! My camera is broken, and while i still don't have a new one, we have pictures thanks to craft night members! It was a quiet, but productive craft night with an adorable crocheted seal(!), a skirt alteration, some spinning and knitting. Be sure to join us Wednesday as we take craft night on the road and meet up at City O' City on 13th and Sherman!

Knitted Boot Challenge

Five craft night members took on the knitted boot challenge. Using a pattern from Craft magazine, we attempted the amazing-ness of knitting boots. So far, only one crafter succeeded and finished her boots this week. Check out the awesomeness. Next up? The Owl Challenge - come to craft night to find out!

Cuteness

WOW! Friends drove in from Ft. Collins and Loveland to attend craftnight so it was super-sweet! Adorable little animals were made, flower hair pins, embroidered hats, knit bears, a lacey vest, collage and someone even attempted origami!

City O' Craft

Wednesday was the first installment of City O'Craft - a weekly craft night at City O' City coffeehouse and bar. It was small and sweet. The best part was the noisy hammering which drew lots of attention.
